Starting with Dr. Pal, an absolute wonder, we are so grateful for her ethical practice and kind heart. She carefully examined my dog and did not rush the appointment. She is attentive, experienced, honest, kind, and highly knowledgeable, and she truly cares about each pet that walks through her doors.
As for the staff, they are just as pleasant, welcoming, sweet and took such good care of my furry baby. Sachin and Katie were super friendly and made sure I understood the doctor's recommendation for different ointments and medicines. Lauren at the front desk was very kind to squeeze me in for the same day appointment.

"Dr. Pal, Katie, and the entire team were so kind, caring and gentle with my dog. I have an older dog who gets really nervous when she goes to the doctor and they made sure my dog felt comfortable. I really enjoyed the personalized drawing of my dog that welcomed us! Dr. Pal is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer each of my questions and concerns about my dog's health. She was transparent in how much everything would cost beforehand, which I really appreciated. My dog has some health concerns and Dr. Pal was very prompt in getting the test results to me and communicating the next steps.
